Part II

Our Realtor is showing our house again tonight. I hope it goes as good as the one yesterday! I am very pleased so far with the results we have gotten from listing with a Realtor. If we sell our home fairly quick, it is totally worth the money, I think. Not to mention us not having to deal with the calls and showings. Now all we have to do is get the repairs done and sell this baby!
