Well, the house Brent and I were going to buy before we bought our house in Greenwood is back on the market again. 3 years ago, we found this house (on South 23rd in Park Hill) and be both just fell in love with it. At the time, it was for sale for only $103,000. We of course put in an offer and were so excited until the inspection. When the inspector came out, he called Brent and said that he hadn't even made it into the house yet and we were already looking at $12,000 worth of problems. The house needed all new wiring, windows, had electrical problems, etc. So, of course we retracted our offer and moved on to Greenwood. We were driving down 23rd the other day and I noticed that it's for sale once again. I checked it out on the realtor website and found out they are selling it for $115,000. I am assuming that they did all of the repairs needed since they are asking that price for it. Interesting....
